Donation requests

If your child (or if you are caring for child that is a relative) is a victim of abusive head trauma and in need of financial assistance, we offer that.  Donation requests will be reviewed as they are received by the Never Shake MN board. We strive to contact families within 14 business days of a completed form. At this time, families who are receiving or have received services at Minnesota's trauma hospitals are eligible.

Things that Never Shake MN will fund:

• Medical expenses
• Expenses related to hospital stays
• Rent or mortgage expenses
• Utility expenses
• Grocery/food expenses
• Gas/transportation expenses
• Expenses related to loss of employment
• Medical equipment or supplies needed during recovery

Things that Never Shake MN will not fund:

• Legal assistance
• Alcohol or drugs
• Credit card bills or outstanding debt
• Personal expenses not related to the care of a victim of abusive head trauma
